A vacation home management company based in the USA is seeking motivated individuals for a remote position requiring advanced English proficiency. Candidates will provide guest support through various channels, assist in identifying guest needs, and communicate effectively with the operations team. Ideal applicants must possess intermediate computer skills, show proactivity, and be available for evening and weekend shifts. Compensation starts at R$2,000.00 monthly.

REMOTE POSITION – ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED!

If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long-term partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)
  • Identify and filter guest needs
  • Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team
  • Process and register issued charges
  • Monitor additional services requested / paid
  • Schedule additional services according to guest requests
  • Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms
Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proactivity and commitment
  • Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift-based)
Schedule

6:00 PM to 2:20 AM – 1-hour break

Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.

Compensation

Base salary : R$2.000.00
