A leading global tool manufacturer in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Product Coordinator for Automotive Hand Tools. The role involves developing product strategies for Hardlines categories and leading New Product Development projects to drive growth. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in marketing or product management and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong project management skills are essential, along with knowledge of the tools industry and LATAM markets.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize execution.
  • Knowledge of LATAM markets and experience working in a global organization are a plus.

Automotive Hand Tools - Product Coordinator

Join Stanley Black & Decker to develop product strategies that drive growth and profitability for Hardlines categories such as sockets, wrenches, sets, pliers, screwdrivers, hex keys, and torque wrenches across the LATAM region.

General Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional New Product Development projects, translating end-user insights into market-ready products.
  • Develop and execute product line strategy for assigned categories and brands.
  • Build and maintain product information management (PIM) platform and marketing collateral, including packaging and presentations.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering to conduct field tests and ensure successful product launches.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management (product management preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize execution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the tools business, especially mechanic tools (sockets & wrenches, pliers & screwdrivers); automotive business knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of LATAM markets and experience working in a global organization are a plus.
