O profissional será responsável por todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de automação, desde a definição da complexidade até o suporte na implementação. O candidato ideal deve ter pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de automação e certificações avançadas em Automation Anywhere, além de proficiência em linguagens de script como Python e uma abordagem colaborativa e consultiva.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 5 anos em desenvolvimento de automação com a plataforma Automation Anywhere.
• Certificações Avançadas e de Master em Automation Anywhere 360.
• Experiência prática em integração de soluções RPA com APIs e bancos de dados.

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with expertise in the Automation Anywhere 360 platform to support us in a strategic project alongside a team of analysts and developers.

This person will be involved in the entire RPA development cycle, starting from reviewing the functional documentation, defining development complexity, providing support for solution design and architecture, developing the automation, and supporting testing phases, automation deploy in production and hypercare.

They will be trained in our exclusive development framework and Hyperautomation methodology, SmartBPA, which spans from Discovery to COE implementation.

As a key contributor to the Intelligent Automation Program, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and IT professionals, to automate complex business processes while ensuring high‑quality, maintainable, and secure automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Administration.
• Experience in automation development with Automation Anywhere platform (Minimum of 5 years).
• Automation Anywhere 360 Advanced and Master certifications.
• Design, develop, deploy and sustain end‑to‑end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Build and maintain reusable bot components
• Integrate GenAI / ML, IDP, and APIs into automation workflows for enhanced functionality.
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure best practices, security, and compliance in automation solutions.

Job Requirements

• Hands‑on experience integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript or JavaScript.
• Experience in design, develop and debug complex automation workflows and implement robust error‑handling mechanisms.
• Experience in integrating GenAI, ML and IDP into intelligent automation solutions.
• Queue management.
• Development of standardized documentation (PDD and SDD).
• Use of frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodology, mainly using Scrum and Kanban.
• Fluent in English.

Knowledge that may be a differential for the position

• Knowledge of cloud platforms services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere IA Agents, IA Studio, Enterprise Knowledge and Document Automation products.
• Other certifications and trainings in the intelligent automation field.
