What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop relationships with major gift donors and prospective donors to secure financial support
  • Secure philanthropic support through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift donors
  • Assess donor capacity and inclination through face-to-face visits
  • Develop a strategic pipeline of major gift solicitations from assigned prospects
  • Track all fundraising activity in the development database in a timely manner

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
