About the Position

Work closely to support the GZERO Publisher, Chief Content Officer and Head of Digital Operations in supporting the Operations of the GZERO Media team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide calendar, travel (including documentation and travel schedule), and administrative support for GZERO Managing Directors, as directed.
  • Provide support coverage for Admin team members when needed to carry out general administrative duties for the Executives (including expense reconciliation, organizing meetings and video conferences, assisting with / reviewing preparation of presentations, briefings, and spreadsheets, confirming appointments and reservations if necessary).
  • Compile and maintain the GZERO vendor tracker to assist key stakeholders in managing controllable costs including review and approval of vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports to the Finance department.
  • Act as a liaison with EG's Operations, HR, and Finance departments to implement or coordinate initiatives within GZERO Media.
  • Update GZERO's BD pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring opportunity status is accurately recorded including a comprehensive record of all Business Development documents, including funder letters, sales contracts, and project proposals.
  • Maintain the client servicing tracker, ensuring deliverables are tracked and managed effectively.
  • Provide regular status updates addressing obstacles and implications for client deliverables.
  • Create project documents such as schedules, requirements, deliverables, and stakeholder reviews to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-team coordination on multifaceted projects, ensuring alignment of actions.
  • Support other team leaders in project management across GZERO Media.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline business operations for improved efficiency.
