Overview

We are looking for a professional to join the finance team focusing on cost control operational support and invoice / protocol management. This role requires attention to detail organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Handling requests and incidents
  • Handling DPs
  • Updating Inventory and Allocation control
  • Updating monthly costs of links and regular phone lines
  • Automatic Debit write-offs
  • Financial data for monthly report
  • Checking bill payments on the operators portals
  • Charge payments
  • Check protocol entries (validate invoice vs DPs / document number)
  • Review invoice entries in the protocol (Inventory vs Protocol)
  • Check for blocked cost centers in the links database
  • Reversals
  • Invoice entries
Requirements
  • Experience in financial routines and cost control
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to analyze and verify financial / fiscal documents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple departments
Additional
  • Experience with systems like SAP Oracle or similar
  • Experience in multinational corporate environments
