O candidato ideal terá formação em logística ou administração, com experiência de até 3 anos e fluência em inglês. Qualificações

• Formação em andamento nas áreas de logística, administração ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência de 0 a 3 anos.
• Inglês de boa qualidade (conversação e escrita).

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar as atividades de atendimento ao cliente e a preparação de pedidos.
• Gerenciar a jornada do cliente a partir da loja virtual.
• Ser o primeiro contato para tópicos relacionados à loja virtual.

How does the job as an Assistant Sales Support at Rijk Zwaan look like?

As an Assistant Sales Support you will be part of our Commercial team.

In your position you will be :

• Supporting the customer services activities and the daily preparation and dispatch of orders.
• Managing the customer journey from our web shop.
• Managing the assortment and local product content in the web shop together with Crop Specialists.
• The first contact for all web shop related topics in the local organization.
• In charge for the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Support :

• Degree in progress in logistics, administration or related areas.
• From 0 to 3 years of experience.
• English - conversation and writing in a good quality.
• Affinity with digital media and lasted technologies.
• Flexible, easy to learn and adaptable to changes.
• Social and communication skills : empathy, clear verbal language, good social interaction.
• Focused on long-term relationships.
• Integrity.
