A leading food manufacturing company in São Paulo is seeking an HR Assistant Reliever responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process and coordinating HR concerns within departments. The ideal candidate should have a college degree in Psychology or related fields and at least two years of HR supervisory experience, along with proficiency in SAP and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

  • College graduate preferably B.S. Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
  • At least two years experience in handling HR/personnel supervisory function.
  • Experience or knowledge in SAP is required.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting under the Plant HR Officer, the HR Assistant conducts the end-to-end talent acquisition process, prepares reports on talent acquisition activities, and ensures timely and accurate submission to immediate superior/Head Office. Coordinates with all departments and functionally with HRD and other head office departments on specific HR concerns. The HR Assistant will also facilitate the processing of third-party partners billing.

  • College graduate preferably B.S. Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
  • With at least two years experience in handling HR/personnel supervisory function.
  • With experience or knowledge in SAP.
