Uma empresa inovadora de tecnologia está em busca de um Engenheiro de Inteligência Artificial (AI Engineer II & III) para trabalhar remoto no Brasil. O candidato ideal será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e implantar soluções de IA utilizando a plataforma Microsoft Azure, com foco na implementação de modelos avançados e na criação de ferramentas internas. É necessários conhecimentos em Azure OpenAI e REST APIs, além de habilidades em resolução de problemas e colaboração em equipes ágeis.

Qualificações

• Experiência prática com Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, e Azure ML.
• Proficiência em Python e no desenvolvimento de REST APIs.
• Boa compreensão dos conceitos básicos de Machine Learning e padrões de integração de IA.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, construir e integrar componentes de IA usando Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services e Azure Machine Learning.
• Implementar padrões de prompt engineering, embeddings e geração aumentada por recuperação.
• Desenvolver e manter APIs REST e serviços que incorporam capacidades de IA.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) • Hortolândia, estado de São Paulo, BR

Role: AI Engineer II & III

Position Type: Full‑Time Contract (40 hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: EST

Location: 100% Remote in Brazil

The AI Engineer II is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI‑enabled solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. This role focuses on implementing advanced AI models, integrating AI services, and building internal tools that enhance enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate AI components using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) patterns for intelligent solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and services embedding AI capabilities into internal platforms.
• Collaborate within pod‑based teams to deliver backlog initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Support model monitoring, evaluation, and iterative improvement for performance optimization.
• Adhere to defined governance, security, and acceptance criteria throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Azure ML.
• Proficiency in Python and developing REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of basic machine learning concepts and AI integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines) for CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and cloud security fundamentals.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance and compliance standards.
