A growing airbnb partner agency in Jaboatão dos Guararapes is looking for a motivated individual for a lead generation role. This position involves sending outbound messages on social media, managing leads via CRM, and engaging in direct communication with potential clients. The role is commission-based, making it suitable for those eager to learn and excel in sales, regardless of their experience level. Qualificações

  • Open to all experience levels, but sales experience is preferred.
  • Previous outbound lead generation experience is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with direct messaging offers.

Responsabilidades

  • Send at least 200 qualified outbound messages daily.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and forward to senior setter.
  • Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations.
  • Manage leads via CRM and post Stories with CTAs.
  • Report daily via Slack.

About Us

We run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space :

GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agency

AutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)

We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting. Full training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities
  • Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
  • Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
  • Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
  • Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
  • Manage and track leads via CRM.
  • Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
  • Daily reporting via Slack
  • Work directly with the business owner.
Working Hours
  • 5 days per week
  • 8 hours per day
  • UK time focused
Experience
  • Open to all experience levels
  • Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
  • Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
  • Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.
