A leading technology service provider in Brazil is seeking an experienced Application Service Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications. This role involves driving incident and change management while ensuring compliance with IT and security standards. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of IT Operations experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of the ITIL framework. Excellent English skills and familiarity with Microsoft tools are also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring uptime and compliance with global IT and security standards.
• Drive incident, change, and release management processes while monitoring service performance and SLAs.
• Lead vendor and contract management, tracking KPIs and negotiating service improvements.
• Own OPEX and cost optimization initiatives, partnering with Finance and Procurement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leads, and IT teams to align priorities and embed operational readiness in every deployment.
• Ensure governance, observability, and automation across application environments to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or Application Management within large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and operational budgets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, SAP, Power Platform, and Service Now.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese a strong advantage.
