Responsible for coordinating the assessment of training needs (technical and behavioral), as well as the development and delivery of training programs for the Contract Logistics areas.

How you create impact :
  • Assess and define training needs with the relevant departments.
  • Develop training programs.
  • Define objectives and training content.
  • Prepare materials for internal training sessions.
  • Deliver training sessions.
  • Prepare budgets for both internal and external training.
  • Support Individual Development Plan (IDP) initiatives.
  • Manage the Talent system.
  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs.
What we would like you to bring :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Development and Training, with a focus on employee growth and learning initiatives.
  • Strong skills in KPI management and budget analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global environment.
