AMERICAS LS Talent Administration Sr. Analyst
Summary

Provides support for assigned cases and inquiries for NA Leveraged Services Talent Administration solutions. Provides research, analysis and resolutions on existing cases/inquiries and provides recommendations on closed cases/inquiries to the TA Team Leader for continuous improvement.

Key Responsabilities
  • Work with employees/managers to provide specialized support and resolve issues and inquiries on time with a high degree of accuracy
  • Work within established policies, procedures and performance criteria for delivering services in line with the Leveraged Services Model and established SLAs
  • Partner with LS Team Lead and COE to resolve issues that require escalation (e.g., vendor performance, specialized requests)
  • Maintain and update as needed to the HR Knowledge Base and FAQs
  • Identify and make recommendations for continuous improvements for cost, quality and timeliness of processes
  • Integrate with COEs and site resources in talent administration work including but not limited to the below
  • Recruiting & Staffing
  • Administer interview scheduling, logistics and expense reimbursement for candidates
  • Support with requisition creation, validate/supplement requisition data fields, job requirements, assign TA and send requisition approval matrix
  • Support COE with as needed requests (i.e. company involvement in recruitment events,electronically post positions on internal/external career pages, job boards and social media, etc.)
  • Administer talent acquisition vendor invoicing activities (Truescreen, CHR, Neuron, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor Voicemail box
  • Provide operational support to the Pre-Onboarding process (pre-integration activities) of new hires.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar or equivalent experience;
  • Language Proficiency
    • Understanding, speaking, reading and writing English(required)
    • Understanding, speaking, reading and writing Spanish (a plus);
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience;
  • Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment;
  • High orientation and experience with HR systems and processes (preferred);
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion;
  • Committed to continuous improvement;
  • Demonstrates attention to detail;
  • Customer service oriented.
