The Global People Planning Performance Manager at ABI InBev is responsible for overseeing and driving the effective planning, execution, and governance of the People function's project and portfolio management activities globally. This role ensures alignment between strategic workforce initiatives, people‑related investments, and business objectives by providing visibility, insights, and control over key projects, resources, and budgets.
Acting as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders, the Global People PPM leads portfolio prioritization, tracks performance metrics, and supports decision‑making through data‑driven analysis of overheads, headcount, and people packages. The role is critical in enabling operational excellence, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing transparency and accountability across the global people agenda.
Responsibilities and assignments
Exploratory data analytics, trend analysis
- Guarantee accuracy of financial and organization structure
- Provide reports with a high level of consistency for business performance analysis
- Determine the best analyses and visualizations to explore a hypothesis or problem
- Create and update presentations for business performance results reviews
Excel modeling and business casing
- Excel modeling experience utilizing intermediate functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, SUMIFS, etc.
- Design a dashboard or summary table to best display continuously referenced KPIs
- Experience conducting model reviews and applying analysis due diligence to minimize errors
Stakeholder Management
- Be the connection point between GHQ People PPM team and HRBPS, FP&A and Overhead leadership/teams across the globe
- Responsive communication and full support to stakeholders' ad hoc demands
- Keep alignment and closer contact with expertise teams in BSC teams (India, Brazil, etc.) if needed
- Follow Service Level Agreement with stakeholders and deliver all agreed in time

Requirements and qualifications
Education
- Masters in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or others
Experience
- Experience of at least 2-4 in the finance field preferably within FP&A others finance
- FP&A // Overhead// Capex Forecasting // Performance results
