The Role
We are Appointwise. We build high-end AI infrastructure that replaces manual sales teams with autonomous digital workforces. We recently launched Appointwise 2.0, a visual, node-based platform that allows businesses to architect complex behavior, not just simple chatbots.
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer. This is not a standard customer support role where you read from a script. You are the technical architect for our clients. You will be debugging complex logic flows, building agents live on Zoom to demonstrate capabilities, and solving implementation blockers instantly.
What You Will Do
- Enterprise & Standard Support: You will manage support across all client tiers. This includes handling complex custom implementations for Enterprise clients while providing efficient, day-to-day troubleshooting for standard users.
- Technical Troubleshooting: You will diagnose and resolve logic errors, infinite loops, and variable configuration issues within our node-based builder by using back-end logs/systems.
- Live Implementation: You will join calls with enterprise clients to build and configure custom workflows in real-time, ensuring their agents are set up correctly for deployment.
- Video-First Resolution: You will manage support tickets with a focus on clarity. Instead of long text replies, you will frequently record Loom videos to visually explain fixes and guide users through the solution.
- Product Improvement: You will identify recurring bugs and user friction points, reporting them to the engineering team to help prioritize platform updates.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are an Automation Native: You have deep experience with visual logic builders (Make, n8n, Voiceflow, or GoHighLevel Workflows). You understand JSON, Webhooks, and API payloads.
- You Explain Complexity Simply: You can explain technical concepts (like how a variable passes data between nodes) to a non-technical business owner without jargon.
- You are Presentable & Sharp: You are comfortable on camera. You have a professional setup, clear audio, and the ability to think on your feet during live demos.
- You are "Inbox Zero" Obsessed: You hate leaving problems unsolved. You are proactive, fast, and thorough.
Requirements
- Proven experience building complex automations (Portfolio or examples required).
- Deep understanding of LLMs (Prompt engineering, Context windows, System prompts).
- Excellent written and verbal English (Native or C2 level).
- Been in a previous customer facing technical support roles
- Ability to work US/EST hours.
How to Apply
We do not just want a cover letter.
- Record a short Loom video (max 3 minutes).
- Tell us about the most complex automation you have ever built and your previous support roles.
- Explain how it worked and why you built it.
- Send the link along with your CV/Resume.
