A global animal health company is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to champion the understanding and adoption of AI across the organization. This role involves leading training programs on Microsoft 365 Copilot, building a network of AI champions, and fostering a culture of AI literacy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in learning and development, and a passion for AI. Fluency in English is required, and travel may be necessary up to 20%.

Role Purpose

We're hiring an AI Adoption Lead to champion enterprise‑wide understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI. You'll lead Copilot training, build a champions network, manage external partners, and share best practices across internal and external audiences to embed AI fluency and excitement throughout Phibro.

What you’ll do

• Lead Copilot enablement: Deliver training programs that empower teams to use Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively.
• Build the champions programme: Recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption.
• Drive cultural change: Create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset.
• Share best practices: Curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across Phibro and with external partners.
• Manage external suppliers: Source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services.
• Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals.

Track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams.

Mandatory

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Desired Qualifications

• Prior corporate / enterprise experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem.
• Background in community building and / or internal and social platform communications.
