What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
- Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Provide insights and feedback to product management regarding product enhancements
- Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and enhance team efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
- Proven territory management skills, including pipeline development and execution excellence
