Qualificações

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in startups or scale-ups.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets.
  • Ability to use CRM data to identify trends.

💡 Please note that for this role, native Spanish proficiency is required, and candidates must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (or be able to relocate for the role).

What you will do ✨
  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in Mexico is growing and thriving

  • 🔗 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships

  • 📈 Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals

  • 📊 Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies

  • 🌍 Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings

What Makes You a Great Fit ✅
  • 💼 Strong knowledge of software sales (2+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups with a SaaS product

  • 🛠 Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends
