Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Clara’s growth by generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts. This role focuses on expanding our reach in Brazil by identifying, engaging, and converting high‑potential prospects. You will manage your own pipeline end‑to‑end, from prospecting to closing, while representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy.

Responsibilities
  • Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
  • Build and manage a high‑volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using HubSpot CRM
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara's value proposition to potential clients
Qualifications
  • Strong pipeline management skills and a consistent record of exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Based in Porto Alegre
  • Working proficiency in Portuguese
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
Nice to have
  • Experience in SaaS or the financial industry
  • Network within the financial ecosystem
  • Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
  • A good sense of humor
