About the Role:

The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm professional and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings gathering information and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outreach & Screening:
    • Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.
    • Collect required information and assess eligibility.
    • Provide compassionate supportive communication to families.
  • Lead Management & Documentation:
    • Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
    • Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases.
  • Conversion & Follow-Up:
    • Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions.
    • Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
  • Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
    • Follow standard procedures scripts and quality guidelines.
    • Coordinate with intake clinical and RCM teams for seamless transitions.
    • Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in patient intake healthcare operations or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong empathy professionalism and phone presence.
