A leading staffing firm is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Dubai to drive growth in the construction sector across the UAE and nearby markets. The ideal candidate will need at least 4 years of experience in the paints or construction industries and a valid UAE driving license. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach, combined with the ability to manage sales operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in Industrial, Paints, Coatings, or Building Construction sectors.
- Experience managing sales across the UAE and neighboring countries.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by generating leads and converting accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through a consultative approach.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and report on sales performance.
- Adhere to QHSE and legal standards while providing technical support.
