Job summary
A healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi Emirate is seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves improving communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis and an active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License. This is a vital position that contributes significantly to the developmental needs of clients.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis or equivalent required.
- Active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adults with ASD.
- Improve communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through ABA techniques.

Education
The ABA Therapist is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral challenges. The role focuses on improving communication, social, academic, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA techniques under the supervision of a BCBA or Clinical Supervisor.
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis or equivalent and passing the proficiency test from one of the professional associations accredited in the specialty
- Active UAE Applied Behavioral Analyst License DHA MOH, DOH or DOH Eligibility – mandatory
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques
- Data collection and reporting skills
- Child-centered and family-focused approach
- Time management and organizational skills
- Cultural sensitivity and professionalism
