• Inspect, repair, and perfect — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in rubber lining (if you know, you know)
• Skill with rubber types like natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, etc.
• Eagle-eye focus, strong hands, and zero tolerance for shortcuts
