Job summary
A retail company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager to enhance customer service and support efficient shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of retail experience, including two years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory, and preparing performance reports. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers and support managers to ensure efficient shop operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventories and placing product orders.
- Report operational issues and address customer complaints.
- Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, and inventory status.
- Assist in scheduling staff and optimizing costs.
- Supervise shop opening and closing processes.
