Job summary
A leading hospitality company is seeking a Recreation Manager in Ras al-Khaimah, UAE. The role involves overseeing the Recreations department, creating unique activities to enhance guest satisfaction, and positioning the hotel's sports and leisure offerings as competitive advantages. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role with a 5-star hotel.
- Physically fit and able to lead recreation activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Recreations department for guest satisfaction.
- Create unique recreation activities reflecting local culture.
- Position sports and leisure as a competitive advantage.

Education
You will oversee the smooth running of the Recreations department on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. You will createnew unique and interesting recreation activities that draw upon the best cultural sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. You willbe positioning the sports and leisure offering as a differentiator and a point of competitive advantage for the hotel.
- Bachelors Degree in Sports Science or related field.
