DNV United Arab Emirates is looking for a Government and Corporate Relations Officer / PRO to be based in our regional office in Abu Dhabi. This role involves working closely with the Government relations team to ensure the timely renewal of visas, work permits, trade licenses, and other related activities. The role holder will have regular interaction with the Business Area and Global Shared Services representatives.

• Monitoring visa validity and notifying employees about renewal requirements
• Coordinating and obtaining employment/residence visas for new and existing employees
• Coordinating with typing centers and employees for family visa renewals
• Reviewing invoices from typing centers for accuracy
• Obtaining work permits and visas for subcontractors
• Assisting with business visit visas and mission work permits
• Coordinating visa cancellations for employees and families
• Arranging visa fitness exams for new hires
• Renewing residence visas for employees' families

• Assisting with Ejari registration and related tasks
• Coordinating with Pune team/BA HR/GMT on visa queries
• Supporting finance with pension payments and legal entity closures
• Assisting legal with insurance registration and renewal
• Supporting document legalization and trade license activities
• Supporting legal entities' activity management

• Trade license, chamber of commerce, and Ministry of Economy renewals
• Environmental, Civil Defense, Nuclear Authority, and Media Council certifications
• Coordinating with inspectors and obtaining visa quotas
