Job summary

A healthcare provider in Dubai seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience. This role involves building talent pools and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To recruit and select high quality candidates and produce qualified candidate lists for active vacancies; as well as proactively build maintain and refresh talent pools for future opportunities. This role also needs to ensure effective and efficient recruitment management focusing on exceptional candidate experience to promote Mediclinic as an employer of choice

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide effective recruitment and selection services to business aimed at finding the best talent in the market

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable positive client and candidate experiences

Build and maintain talent pools proactively according to sourcing strategy/guidelines and divisional contextual requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelors degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 3 years recruitment / sourcing experience in an agency / in-house sourcing environment

Experience in international sourcing and recruitment
