شركة رائدة في مجال التجزئة في دبي تبحث عن شخص مسؤول عن إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الشراء والخطط التكتيكية. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة التجزئة، مع التركيز على شراء أحذية النساء. يتطلب الدور قدرات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة المخزون وفريق العمل لتحقيق أهداف استراتيجية الشركة.

Qualifications

• 10 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة التجزئة و2-4 سنوات في دور مماثل.
• خبرة في الشراء واستيراد المنتجات من مناطق الشرق الأقصى تعتبر ميزة.
• خبرة في شراء أحذية نسائية موضة.

Responsibilities

• إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الشراء والخطط التكتيكية للأقسام المعينة.
• ضمان استمرار العمليات الشرائية من خلال التخطيط الفعال وإدارة المخزون.

be responsible for creating & implementing buying and product strategy and tactical plans for assigned department(s) by ensuring that the department(s) purchase reflects the retail trends at best commercial value, thereby ensuring delivery of sales and profit targets for the department. The job holder will also be responsible for ensuring smooth buying operations through effective product planning, negotiation with suppliers, adequate stock management as well as effective team management for enabling the strategic goals of the department.

• 10 years of experience in retail industry and minimum 2-4 years in a similar role.
• Experience in purchasing and importing products from far eastern regions is an advantage.
• Experienced in fashion women's footwear buying.
