Supply Onboarding Agent
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onboarding Agent to join our team in the car buying sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers through the initial stages of their car buying journey, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, document submission, and understanding their needs/preferences.
- Provide clear instructions for completing any required paperwork or digital forms.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.
- Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.
- Education & Guidance: Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.
- Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
- Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.
- Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
- Attributes: Customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
