Supply Onboarding Agent

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onboarding Agent to join our team in the car buying sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting customers through the initial stages of their car buying journey, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, document submission, and understanding their needs/preferences.
  • Provide clear instructions for completing any required paperwork or digital forms.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.
  • Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.
  • Education & Guidance: Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.
  • Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.
  • Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
