• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to diagnose neurological conditions.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Conduct a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, ensuring the highest level of safety and precision.
• Engage in extensive pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other healthcare providers, to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-operative care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of latest advancements in the field of neurosurgery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records per regulatory requirements.

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Neurosurgery.
• Board certification in Neurosurgery is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on neurosurgery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing complex neurosurgical procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and healthcare team members.
