Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality services and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the housekeeping staff.
• Prepare daily housekeeping schedules, assign duties and tasks to staff.
• Monitor the performance of the housekeeping staff and ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, lounges, lobbies and other areas for cleanliness.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed by employees.
• Liaise with vendors for procurement of materials required for cleaning operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning materials, linen supplies and other related items.
• Monitor guest feedbacks on service quality and take necessary corrective action as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a hotel/hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in managing a large team of housekeeping staff is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations related to hotel/hospitality industry is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail is needed.
