We are seeking candidates for an immediate start as an IT Intern or Administrative Assistant. This position is open to freshers or interns with an IT background or skills, and candidates must be located in the UAE.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. in IT or a relevant field
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Proficient in English and good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and IT skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily office administration duties
• Support HR responsibilities
• Maintain IT records
• Handle IT support and troubleshooting
• Update and maintain HR/Admin/Project files
• Support CRM and HRM software usage
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors and make calls as needed
• Assist with document control tasks
• Support social media management and portal handling
• Assist with ISO-related activities
• Support marketing tasks and campaigns
• Handle purchasing activities
• Schedule appointments for management or team members
• Enter data and manage paperwork
• Assist with recruitment processes as needed
• Maintain and promote social media accounts for the company
• Update company website, brochures, and PQ documents
