Job summary
A leading retail management firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee retail operations and drive profitability across boutiques. The ideal candidate will have significant retail experience and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing inventory, setting sales targets, and enhancing customer service. The role requires a bachelor's degree and fluency in English, with a preference for additional language skills. Travel within Dubai is expected.
Qualifications
- 7 years of retail experience including 3 years in multi-store or area management.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational compliance and ensure quality customer service.
- Oversee sales management and provide periodical sales reports.
- Motivate and guide branch managers and teams.
