A real estate agency in Dubai seeks a Team Leader to recruit and train real estate agents. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, conducting training sessions, and managing sales performance. Candidates should have proven experience in real estate training, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of the Dubai property market. 1. Recruitment & Team Building
Source, interview, and recruit real estate agents for sales and rental divisions.
Build strong, effective, and motivated sales teams.
Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new agents.
2. Training & Development
Conduct regular training sessions on sales strategies, negotiation skills, client handling, and market knowledge.
Train agents on CRM systems, listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder), and internal procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and personalized development plans.
3. Sales Performance Management
Set monthly and quarterly KPIs for agents and monitor performance.
Identify skill gaps and provide corrective training where required.
Encourage a performance-driven culture with accountability and discipline.
4. Market & Strategy Planning
Analyze market trends and provide guidance on target areas, pricing strategies, and competitive activity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and deal closures.
Plan team deployment across key locations and projects.
5. Operational & Documentation Support
Ensure all agents follow RERA regulations and company policies.
Assist agents with documentation, compliance requirements, and transaction processes.
Maintain records of training, performance reports, and team progress.
6. Leadership & Communication
Lead weekly meetings and training workshops.
Act as a communication bridge between management and agents.
Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.
7. Motivation & Culture Development
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and continuous learning.
Support agents in achieving targets and recognizing achievements.
Promote a culture of excellence, transparency, and growth.
Skills
Proven experience in real estate training, team leadership, or sales management (Indian preferred).
Strong understanding of Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder portals.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams effectively.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
