Role: Ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the Stewarding Department, including cleaning processes and maintenance of health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas. Responsible for assisting the Chief Steward in maintaining HACCP Standards.
Taking ownership of all Food & Beverage back-of-house areas and common usage spaces.
