Job summary

A real estate company in Dubai is seeking a professional to prepare tenancy contracts and manage property listings. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in the real estate industry and proficiency in relevant documentation and property portals. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and other property-related documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of property portals like Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut to manage property listings, understand screening processes, and ensure adherence to rating standards and rejection parameters.
  • Accurately submit required documents to obtain Trakheesi Permits for each property to be advertised.
  • Monitor and manage credits across various property portals, ensuring efficient usage and tracking.
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets in Excel, providing regular reports to the Admin Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry particularly handling large number of properties/Listings.
  • Proficiency in preparing property-related contracts and understanding the legalities involved.
  • Extensive experience with property portals, including Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut.
  • Strong knowledge of Trakheesi procedures and the ability to submit necessary documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
