A global technology leader seeks a Trade Compliance Manager based in Dubai to manage compliance in the Middle East and Africa. The role involves monitoring regulatory developments, training business units, and managing audits. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in trade compliance, a relevant educational background, and strong analytical skills. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Opportunities for international travel are included in this dynamic position.

The KONE Global Trade Compliance team manages trade sanctions, export control, and customs compliance matters throughout KONE. We are responsible for the global trade compliance program and policy having a diverse team currently located in Finland, China, the USA, Mexico, India, and Malaysia. We support the business strategically by working, advising, and training on a broad range of trade compliance topics such as customs tariffs, country of origin, export controls, and import/export regulations. We work in close cooperation with KONE’s global functions, areas, and local country units to develop KONE’s trade compliance environment and processes throughout the company’s operations.
We are looking for a Trade Compliance Manager to be responsible for the geographical area of the Middle East, Trkiye, and Africa to join our team. The role will be based in the UAE reporting to Area Trade Compliance Manager APM & China.
