What Will You Be Doing
We are seeking a Creative Multimedia Designer to join our Middle East team. This new role involves working across various sports and brand materials within a vibrant global environment.
The ideal candidate is a team player, passionate about creative imagery, artistic, and able to brainstorm and contribute ideas. You should have a good understanding of the creative production process and designing for digital platforms, especially social media. You will be involved in conceptualization and supporting campaign artwork production. An interest in sports and a passion for brands are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Collaborate with project managers to create designs based on client requests and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality project completion within deadlines.
- Support larger projects with creative ideas and technical skills alongside the senior design team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new multimedia content ideas.
- Provide artworking and production support for final design outputs.
Technical Skills
3D Modeling & Rendering
- Design and create 3D models, textures, and renders for product visuals, activation booths, environments, and interactive elements.
- Apply lighting, shading, and texturing for high-quality visuals.
- Optimize assets for integration into videos and other media.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Design and animate motion graphics for video content, social media, ads, and presentations.
- Create dynamic video sequences with animated typography and transitions.
- Produce engaging video content combining 3D, 2D, and live-action elements.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Design layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital and print materials.
- Develop concepts aligning with brand identity and campaign storytelling.
- Create visual solutions for campaigns, presentations, and branding.
- A strong portfolio of pitch deck designs is a plus.
User Interface & User Experience Design (Optional)
- Assist on UI/UX projects with wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Ensure user-centered design and usability for digital interfaces.
Software Expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Advanced skills in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, etc.) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Redshift).
- Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
The Skills And Experience You Will Need
- Over 5 years of experience in multimedia design, including graphic design, 3D modeling, rendering, and motion graphics.
- Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering tools and engines.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video production.
- Strong foundation in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- UI/UX experience is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing 3D, motion graphics, and design work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
