Sephora Middle East is recruiting a People Partner Retail & Emiratization to support and elevate our retail teams across the UAE and this role you will be a key partner to our Retail leaders providing expertise across the full employee lifecyle to drive business performance engagement and best‑in‑class employee experience.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Execute HR strategies aligned with Sephoras global and local business objectives.
• Partner with Retail leaders to drive performance engagement and continuous growth across stores.

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding process in collaboration with Store Managers to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience.
• Review and analyze attrition data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions to increase engagement and retention.

• Drive the performance management cycle ensuring consistency fairness and alignment with business expectations.
• Guide managers in setting SMART goals conducting effective performance conversations and embedding a feedback culture.
• Identify high‑potential talent and lead career conversation providing clear pathways for advancement and maximizing talent retention.
• Champion career advancement internal mobility and succession planning to build a strong leadership and expertise pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sephora University and Retail Leaders to implement capability‑building programs tailored to our talents and business evolving needs.
• Promote and embed a coaching mindset across retail leadership.

• Drive initiatives that reinforce Sephoras values with a strong focus on diversity equity and inclusion.
• Leverage engagement survey results to develop meaningful measurable action plans that enhance the employee experience.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure fairness competitiveness and alignment with market and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to build trust maintain visibility and proactively address HR‑related concerns.

• Manage employee relations cases ensuring fair consistent and legally compliant outcomes while maintain a positive employee experience.
• Ensure HR policies systems and processes are implemented consistently.

• Collaborate with store leadership head office and Sephora University stakeholders to ensure consistent adherence to the Emiratization mandates.
• Execute Emiratization strategy and program to attract develop and retain Emirati talent.
• Execute the engagement and upskilling initiatives to cultivate local talent with a passion for luxury retail.

• proactive problem‑solver with the ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic multi‑store operational ecosystem.
• Skilled in talent acquisition employee relations and talent development with at least 5 years experience in a similar role within retail.
• Knowledgeable in HR practices employment law and organizational development.
• An excellent communicator relationship builder and strategic partner to all levels of the business.
