Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific roles and business needs.
    • Identify hiring requirements by working closely with department heads to understand workforce plans and role-specific needs.
    • Revamp and continuously improve the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate the overall candidate experience.
  • Headhunting & Talent Pool Development
    • Actively headhunt and engage passive candidates, both locally and internationally, through targeted outreach, professional networks, and strategic market mapping to build a strong and diverse pipeline of high-potential professionals.
    • Utilise in-depth knowledge of various talent acquisition platforms—including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools—to drive high-quality hiring outcomes.
    • Create and maintain a structured talent database and ongoing pipeline (PoL – Pipeline of Leads) to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Job Design & Profiling
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft clear, compelling job descriptions and talent profiles that align with business goals and team structures.
    • Ensure all role profiles reflect team objectives, business needs, and organizational culture.
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and pre-onboarding.
    • Apply behavioural and psychological analysis techniques during interviews to evaluate communication styles, values, and cultural alignment.
    • Master the art of closing candidates, including effective negotiation of offers, salaries, and benefits to secure top talent.
  • Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Communication
    • Ensure a seamless, respectful, and engaging candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, eloquence, and cultural adaptability in all candidate and stakeholder interactions, upholding the company’s values and standards of etiquette.
  • Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
    • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Stay informed on market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive hiring approach.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and continuously refine talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
