Job summary

A consulting firm based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to lead organizational assessments and implement strategic OD initiatives. The role involves change management, coaching, and developing training programs, requiring a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and a master's degree in MBA or HR. This position is for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will partner with HR and business leaders to enhance talent management across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic OD initiatives including leadership development and team building.
  • Manage change efforts through communication strategies and coaching.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree: HR Management Business Administration Psychology or related fields

Masters degree: MBA OR HR
