NTS Group are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager for a leading consumer business in Dubai.

The role reports into the Commercial Director and is responsible for managing the distributors to execute the business plan, while engaging with the enabler functions to both represent the commercial function and design the optimal ways of working to get maximum growth for the business.

Job Skills

The Person;

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or respective studies.
- Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Financial Management or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in Finance/Economics is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years mix of customer, trade marketing and organizational development Distributor management is a plus.
- Experience from a multi-national or regional company in preferably FMCG
- Excellent Verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plus
