A leading company in the luxury F&B sector seeks an HR Coordinator to manage onboarding, employee records, and HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a UAE National with a degree in HR or Business, bringing 2-3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
  • 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems (ICP MOHRE).

  • Coordinate onboarding processes including document collection and visa support.
  • Liaise with PRO for Emirates ID and visa issuance.

Position: HR Coordinator (UAE N)

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE
Industry: Luxury F&B / Hospitality
Nationality: UAE National (with Family Book)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new joiners including document collection medicals and visa support.

  • Liaise with PRO for Emirates ID visa issuance and renewals via ICP.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Support HR operations such as attendance tracking leave management and employee queries.

  • Assist in organizing staff events training coordination and internal communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.

  • 2 3 years of HR experience preferably in F&B or hospitality sector.

  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems (ICP MOHRE).

  • Strong communication organizational and MS Office skills.
