A leading company in the luxury F&B sector seeks an HR Coordinator to manage onboarding, employee records, and HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a UAE National with a degree in HR or Business, bringing 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with knowledge of UAE labor laws, are essential for success in this role.

Nationality: UAE National (with Family Book)
Coordinate onboarding processes for new joiners including document collection medicals and visa support.
Liaise with PRO for Emirates ID visa issuance and renewals via ICP.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support HR operations such as attendance tracking leave management and employee queries.
Assist in organizing staff events training coordination and internal communication.
UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
Diploma or Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
2 3 years of HR experience preferably in F&B or hospitality sector.
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and government systems (ICP MOHRE).
Strong communication organizational and MS Office skills.
