Qualifications

People Perfect Advisory is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for HR and administration this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Job description:

  • Attend all incoming sales inquiries (Walkin or via phone email or chat etc. providing clear and accurate information about products in a professional systematic and focused manner with at least 10 customer conversion rate.
  • Attend all incoming customer inquiries or complaints empathetically and take action as per established protocols and follow-up for timely resolution and response contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Note down and pass on customer tasks and requirements to the relevant internal departments through established channels and protocols keeping tracks and proactively following up internally for timely resolutions/turnround.
  • Record all incoming inquiries complaints issues and feedback (in Bitrix) categorizing analyzing and reporting with highlights of frequently occurring issues and making suggestions on customer experience improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MBA/BBA
  • 1-2 year of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Bitrix or other CRM Knowledge.
  • Strong MS office Skills.
