Personal trainer job vacancy in Dubai UAE
We are currently looking for a qualified Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a passion for fitness and strive to help clients reach their goals.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Fitness certification from an accredited institution
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a personal trainer
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with health trends and new fitness programs
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
The Personal Trainer’s responsibilities include:
• Developing exercise plans tailored to individual client needs and goals, including strength, aerobic, flexibility and balance exercises.
• Provide instruction on proper form, technique and safety measures when performing exercises.
• Motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and encouragement.
• Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and offer alternative exercises during workouts
• Comply with all safety rules of the gym facility
• Manage administrative tasks such as updating client files.
