We are looking for a Housing Attendant to join our people & culture team and ensure that all employee accommodations are clean organized and welcoming. This role is essential in maintaining a safe comfortable and supportive living environment for our team allowing them to thrive while contributing to the retreats spirit of adventure community and authenticity.
- Clean organize and maintain staff housing units to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Prepare accommodations for new staff arrivals and assist with move-ins as needed.
- Respond promptly to staff requests or concerns related to their living spaces with professionalism and care.
- Report maintenance issues damages or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Follow strict hygiene sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure proper handling of cleaning equipment supplies and staff belongings.
- Maintain storage areas cleaning tools and housing facilities in an organized and safe manner.
- Work closely with operations housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of staff accommodations.
- Assist in maintaining communal areas ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout employee housing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve staff satisfaction and operational efficiency.
