Responsibilities

• Page guests and patrons in the hotel lobby and outlets as and when required.
• Deliver messages and packages to and from guest rooms and different hotel departments.
• Perform errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
• Assist in rooming guests as directed by the reception desk.
• Process newspaper requirements of guests, hotel outlets, and departments.
• Man the Concierge counter at midnight serving as custodian.
