This role requires managing food and beverage costs, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality environment, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment managing multiple F&B outlets.

  • Manage and control costs across all F&B outlets, ensuring alignment with budget goals.
