Job Description

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes
• Preparation of contracts, proforma invoices, and shipping documents
• Coordination of logistics and execution documentation
• Bank dealings, payables/receivables, and audit support
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local/global regulations.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience for used cars & shipping company
• Strong expertise in taxation (corporate & individual), financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Diligent, methodical, and reliable
• Can work independently, manage timelines, and ensure precision
• Committed and hands-on with strong accountability
