Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and coordinating with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial background (banking, investments, etc.).
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance, sales skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for crypto industry; experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; native language is preferred.
