Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  2. Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs.
  3. Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
  4. Analyzing user behavior, identifying hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and coordinating with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions.
Requirements
  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial background (banking, investments, etc.).
  2. Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  3. Strong communication skills, flexibility, excellent relationship maintenance, sales skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  4. Passion for crypto industry; experience is an advantage.
  5. Fluency in English; native language is preferred.
